Well, tax pay up time has arrived because tomorrow 17 April 2012 is the last day to post mark and send your payment to the IRS without farther penalties. I will insure it gets in the mailbox TODAY!
When they have to send you a refund of your money you paid them all year they don't add any interest but when you owe them for not paying enough they charge you a fee! Well, as most of you already know, I don't Blog too often but today being Veterans Day and me being here at Fort Hood, Texas, makes me appreciate how far I've come from the stroke I survived almost seven (7) years ago. Hey, I'm on vacation, short but sweet in New Orleans. Haven't been here since Katrina two years ago. It's not the same in some areas, especially the lower 9th ward, it's in shambles. This has been my week with the Veterans Administration doctors for the many considerations and changes in meds, therapy and compensations. Today was on Monday, I was told, but Monday passed. Then it was "we will get to that tomorrow." That was Tuesday. Yesterday passed, thats history. Tomorrow is Friday,the future, "never put off for tomorrow what you can do today" So now I know "Today is present," and "Tomorrow is future," that leaves "Yesterday as history."

After the pain clinic appointment for a steroid injection my heart beat was slowed to around 33 to 40, that's super low and before the injection it was very normal. That caused a trip to the ER and a 4 hour stay only to continue to the heart doctor a few doors away. Nothing was found to be the reason for a slow heart beat and a monitor was ordered. Well folks I'm still in PT, today being my last session on this referral and approval by Medicare. My therapist tells me I will get another session which is about 9 appointments. That should take care of July, by then she tells me I will be walking without my cane.
