Pain is controlled, New Used Vehicle, Decent Weather

Finally, a week not filled with all bad news! LOL I think we have my back pain under control now. If I take 1/2 of the dosage of the muscle relaxer, it helps with pain and doesn't make me sleep half of the day and evening! Yeah! Don't like too feel like I am missing life by sleeping so much.

The weather is turning nicer in Indiana! 60's today for the temperature and sunny, sunny, sunny! But supposed to rain over the next few days! Yuck At least the forecast doesn't call for snow!

The girls were on Spring Break last week, sure made it hard to get up at 6:00 a.m. this morning. We always get messed up over breaks! Always go to bed late and love to sleep late! Years ago my husband and I worked 2nd shift, 3-11:00. That shift makes you go to bed late and sleep late!

A couple of weeks ago--my 1999 van with 220,000 miles had a cracked head in the engine, not worth repairing. We have been borrowing my dad's truck, which was nice--but it will not fit 4 people, hate that! :) Posted about it on Facebook, an old high school friend read about my plight and contacted me about selling her old van. Just went and purchased that and finally again, something to drive that will fit hubby, me and two kids. I love my Mommy vans!! even if I can not drive yet, they are easier to get in and out of and hold so much stuff. Glad I have something to smile about!

Tina, get out in the sun as much as you can, great cure for the winter blues. I understand about the van, plenty of room as you say. And yes, one more problem off the list.

Tina: good news. Nice to have some positive stuff and some warmer, sunny days. Mostly I do pray you have that pain under control. Makes such a difference. Debbie

Glad to hear you are feeling better! You need to check your meds side affects before spending much time in the sun. One of Bob's said that it made him sensitive to the sun. I had a friend who had that problem and ended up with sun poisoning. So, just a heads-up to check for sun sensitivity on any of your meds :)
