We just returned from our marvelous Hawaiian cruise. we visited 4 islands out of 8 islands & had fun spending time together. This cruise it was just three of us & it was our early 25th wedding anniversary vacation. Weather was perfect whole week & we loved visiting lovely beaches. Kido took surfing lessons & then off surfing whenever he got chance. I love cruises. It is always stress free vacation. you do excursions if you want to or just stay in ship & enjoy lot of activities offered in the ship & every evening there were amazing shows which you attend with your family. After doing few adventures together I decided to stay in ship & read my book on ocean side while kido & hubby went for their zipline adventure. water is so calming & clean that you can see fishes swim by. I saw first time black sand & white sand beaches in my whole life. I felt so greatful & thankful to be still able to enjoy life with my lovely family. I will upload our vacation picture once I figure out how.

Congratulations on your anniversary Asha! Larry and I went many years ago and always wanted to go back.

Wonderful blog Asha, a happy holiday shared with your family sounds like a great idea. I have yet to go to Hawaii but it is on my bucket list. I believe it is beautiful there.

 

Happy anniversary for 25 years. You have been given a husband who loves you and a great son and I know how much you have invested on them both. As you tell me - take time for yourself and to renew your inner strength as well.

I have always hoped to get to Hawai'i someday, and you're right a cruise would be best, with so many islands to potentially check out. Looking forward to your photos.

I can see being near the water is soothing for the mind and your eyes to see such beauty but I could never again get in the waters of fish and whales bigger than me!!!

 

Glad a good time was had by the family!!!!!!! What a vacation place to be in.... Wish I could afford to go there one day before my time on earth is up!!!!

Happy Anniversary Asha. I love cruises also and am so grateful my honey and I went on several before my stroke. And yes the water is so calm and soothing. I have many photos I can reflect on I never learned how to surf...too old; don't miss it at all.
