Although the temperature outside was the living room with the big picture window overlooking the lake and the Sun was beating down on me and it was so warm so I grab my book san enjoyed myself for awhile.

Absorbing the Sun and reading my book but minus 10 degrees is not the time to think about going down to the beach.

I am so blessed And the individuals I have met to the support groups in through my volunteer work.

And my amazing family my wife is always manage to keep house for us to live in and we always manage to pay the all the bills I don't know how I joke that my family treats me on a need to know basis and I guess they think I don't need to know most things I believe a lot of it has to do with try to make sure I don't get over stressed .

All my children have been very supportive.
