Don't afford anyone the opportunity to laugh at you.

Make yourself the punch line of your own jokes.

That way people can laugh with you not at you.

True words. When you are making jokes, it is not funny to make fun of People.

 

That is just mean, and shows that you have no empathy  about other people,
