:bouncing_off_wall: :bouncing_off_wall: I am so excited. I had the pleasure of meeting another of our "family" I was in chat one evening and met Lyn.

She is from Surrey, British Columbia. I live in the northwest corner of Washington state. The Canadian border is only about 30 minutes from Bellingham. Lyn and I contacted each other. Made a date for her to come down. She drove down with her CG Theresa on Thursday. We met at Denny's.

We had a wonderful visit. We felt like we had know each other for a long time, not just meeting for the first time. :) We plan on getting together more often now.

When Steve started the members forum. I thought, well I will not get to meet many people... living out here in the Noth West.

So far I have had the pleasure of meeting Asha, Bessy and Lyn.......

So if you are coming out this way for a vacation be sure and let me Know....

Funny you should be the one who is so "remote" and yet you have caught up with three others now.

Last night I asked Trev if it would be possible when the weather cools down for him to drive us the other side of Sydney to meet up with Ken Masson *Aussie Ken" and family. Trev suggested we wait till the end of March so it would be cooler for Ray. Where there's a will , there's a way.

Hope we can take a picture of us all together and put it in the "Members meting Members" section of the Gallery when it happens.

that's so exciting you are able to meet so many people from strokenet, I really wished we had spent monger time with each other than just passing by visit, I am sure we both would have enjoyed it more. I hope you are able to come to east coast sometime soon. and we can spend long time together.

Bonnie,

That's great, I'm in that member meeting member mode too and would love to start out here in Texas and go from there. Perhaps God has a plan for me and my wife to make an extended tour of that sort sooner or later from coast to coast and overseas too.

Glad you enjoyed the occasion and the friendship.

Fred, maybe draw a circle a couple of hundred miles across and see how many members you can find living in that area and invite them all to your town for the day. Use a park or other nice public place to meet up, tell them to bring a picnic to share and Voila! a group reunion!

Remember you are most welcome to drop by here anytime.

I agree. Meeting others in the network face to face is great. I have met with Julie Richardson (julie44), Jean Riva and Chuck Hofvander. They were all great visits. It is difficult to set up, however.

If any of you are in my neck of the woods, NW Chicago suburbs, give me a hollar.
