Wheelchair Adapter Walker

PVC pieces slip over the handles on the wheechair, 90 degree angles slip over them, 6" pieces verticle, angles slip over them, one long piece across slips into them.

It all fits tight but some vibration could cause it to work loose so Cynthia

found some belts and tightened them vertically and horizontally around it.
