sue,I had severe pain in my sholder and elbow. I took my two fingers and massage the exact area. push your fingers as hard as you can stand it. while you are pushing make little circles with your fingers also roatate your arm elbow sholder.I had many areas where I HAD THE PAIN. sometimes it would go numb. after a week I notice improvements with pain and more movement on arm and elbow.
