Life certainly throws spanners in the works!

I have three other people in the house, so it's not lonely, but I love my alone time at home. I don't have to leave the house until Monday to do the food shopping. So that's four days of bliss in the environment where I cope best.

Not sure if I'm going to like being an empty nester.

Glad the podiatrist was on to it about your leg. Hopefully you'll have things sorted by the time summer hits. 

It's already hit here, during the day at least.

It's a good trip and a good way to see some of the wheatbelt.

Terrible living with strokes, I know, but you lovely ladies know the value of marriage and loving someone before it's too late.

That's certainly a blessing in disguise.

Sue I'm really hoping to paddle steam the Murray in SA for our 25th wedding anniversary. 

So we've got two years to get it right!!

Because we've got closed borders, not many of us go anywhere. 

Don't want covid, but definitely looking forward to more than just here.

We are a bit the same in WA, Sue.

We, generally, won't travel for fear of getting stuck in quarantine, either there or here, or both.

I really want to go to Mudgee where my brother is. Besides money, covid is what's stopping us.

Hopefully we'll all be free of that fear 2022.

Sue, we haven't had lockdowns etc north of Perth except for in the very beginning...March 2020.

When it hits here (it's coming) we won't know what hit us.

Oh Tracy...yet another thing to chalk up to experience, but what an experience!

I have discovered that I don't like deep water. Because half my body is weird, I float on an angle, can't swim to save myself and hate the whole experience. 

Heather, big girl here would probably need more than 15 people to carry me!!

Always seeing it from a survivors point of view, it's easy to forget the caregiver has lost as well.

Mind you, we haven't even begun.  We watch the rest of the world in disbelief. This cannot possibly be happening.  WA is absolutely FULL of conspiracy theorists.   Makes for very interesting conversations.
