Well after a very quiet Christmas and new year, it's back to the shoulder being number 1!!

I don't think it ever gets easier.

Makes sense about the hip pain, Heather. 

Sometimes I do wonder why my hip hurts so much, but having to work hard to walk...yep. Of course everything is going to hurt.

At the moment the shoulder is the least of my physical problems!!

I cannot believe that more shoulder, which is painful a lot of the time, is not top of the list!!

Been having a lot of trouble with my back and hips.

Apparently my hips are bad due to the back pain.

Everything seems to happen as a reaction to one thing. 

My neck is sore quite often, as it tenses up to help the shoulder stay put.

It's very hard to exercise all parts of the body at the same time.

Because of fatigue, I can't give each problem the time it deserves. 

So everything get minimal work, or I pick a problem area over another and it gets my full attention. 

At the moment it's my back that's winning. 

And my shoulder is a sore loser! 🤣

Exactly. 

The ache is dull, but can get painful over long periods of it not being supported.

Not fun, but finally have to take things seriously with what I eat. So I guess it's a good thing!

I don't have a gall bladder, so avoid fatty foods. Diabetes...IBS...bring on lettuce and water!!

Willis, life has been full of ups and downs!

I had a cold, and because of that developed an ear infection!  Still getting over that!

My IBS is a little out of control, but that is definitely my fault. I need to get back into better eating habits. 

Wayne and I have been away, which I will add in to my blog.

Snow is so very magical!!

We were in Canada for Christmas a few years ago and the kids, Connor in particular, had the best time playing in the snow!

One lady came up to us and said that watching him play reminded her that snow is beautiful, not a nuisance for driving in etc.

Madade we have a lot of erosion along this beach. It's all recently had new planting done to help combat it.

There are fences set up along the beach to discourage people walking through the planted areas and use the sandy paths. 

So far it's working.

I don't follow the rugby really, but Aussie pride allows me to get excited about the international games.

If Australia is not playing then I go for the all blacks, which is the New Zealand team.

Absolutely Paul! Sometimes I cringe when I see what the Aussies are wearing, in any sport!

My doctor is from SA. I always used to give him heaps about the Aussies lording it all over the springboks. Then they lifted their game...We have agreed to not mention it anymore!
