I'd love to be able to pot a picture but I don't see an option for that yet others have one posted.

Let's see.....well I was a Bodybuilder for 6 years before I had my stroke,I didn't expect to make it back to the gym but I have but Now it's all assisted weights and some cardio,I am however thankful for that.

My stroke was caused by a Surgeons mistake with a medication during surgery and it took my perriferal vision also that messes with my balance so I use walking sticks.
