thank you all for your kind and wise words. i had my stroke in 2004 and i am trying my best to accept it. i have a very tough time trying to deal with the severe spasms and tremors; it's hard to do even the simplest of things...that's why i get so frustrated! i do count my blessings and realize i could have it much worse. i've been on this site for quite sometime and like what i see. i know when i need encouragement that i'll get it here. mary

when does the crying and feeling sorry for yourself stop and how do you change the negative mind set that plagues you? been on this site for quite some time now and finally decided to take the plunge and ask for help. thanks. mary
