Well, the near blizzard we had here cancelled out all appointments so we are re-scheduled for 2/19/07 to see Keiths Dr. about his foot and leg swelling. Just now getting back to the blog. My health has not been very good over the past two weeks so I havent been up to posting a weekly comment. Keith is doing ok. This past week there has been no significant change. Although we have started Keith on CPAP since we found that he has sleep apnea. His state of confusion although mild has been constant. He wants to sleep quite a bit as well. He has had some swelling in left leg so we have increased meds for that and seems to be working. Keith continues to...

Looks as if things might have leveled out in regard to Keiths depression. Although his psychiatrist has suggested that we increase Cymbalta by 30mg a day. Just started yesterday. Still good reflex in right leg but no longer any thumb movement. Speech remains the same with some words in the proper context but he hasnt seemed to be able to...

Not much going on this week. Keith is still a bit under the weather. Lost appetite and not up to moving around very much. He did however ask to go see Dreamgirls. Hi Folks. This week has been a little sluggish for both keith and myself. Keith came down with sniffles that turned into a proper head cold so it seems. He hasnt felt like doing much of anything. Well, we have had a rather good week. Keith has had a bit of depression but not nearly as it was in weeks past. We are continuing to get away from the anti-depessant Lyrica. Keith has is recently in the process of attempting to walk without using his brace. Although he does not have muscle control in his right foot, we decided to try walking short distances in order to move the muscles in walking motion.
