I am doing very well. just turned 49 yesterday and particited in my first 5k run or should I say walk for me. I was very proud to cross the finish line with a finish time of 1:01:50. My goal was less than 1 hour but considering I got lost on the way so I had to come back a little bit to get back on track, I am very proud of myself. It was raining and windy.
