well i have been trying a new goal for myself and my arm is starting to come not very funtional but munch better now and here is what i am doing to try to get my brain to recognise that i have a left arm and what i have been doing is just washing my hands and using my right hand to put on the soap in my parilised arm , in my case the left arm and after washing my hand just before dring my hand remember how you use tiom fling your wrist or shame it to remove any excess water?well thats what i am doing now every time i just wash my hand i use my right hand to massage my left arm and fingers and hand and soon my fingers is starting to get very supple not as tones and i can even usemy fingers so my new goal is to was my hand lots and every time i wash my hands i do them both left hand and right hand i figure since you have to wash your hand every day why not just incorporate your new goal by added your arm and hand and wrist just by shaking your hands off before dring and don"t get discourage if you cand do it right way time and time again will help so get started now every time you wash your hands wash your left and your righttime and time again all the best to you in your new goal , at least we know one thing for sure all the strokle surviver will have the clenist hand all the best to you in your recovery
