well if its wednesday i just got back from physiotherapy and i have learned how to exercize the parilized arm , well first of all in orsder to get a good streach with your parilised arm where all the muscles seem to be my physiotherapy had me sit down and take eiter a broom, or a caneand place the broom handle or your cane handle while sitting don or if you have it a hockey stick and while holding the broom or the cand in your good arm and put the hanle under your hand and with thegoodarm start to srtreach your arm up as high as you can get it slowly pushing your parilized arm up then down up then down just cotinue tio streatch your shoulder and your left side muscle until it starts to get looseryou scan do that while sitting down or while watching telivision thats what i do it helps with good shoulder movemend and cuts the tone down good enough to wrap your fingers arond about the sizeof a paint roller then you can hold it in your hand and pick it up and stat to turn your hand overe with your wrist you must be patient for you to start seeing the benifits but soon you will start to notice that you are started to incorporate your parilised arm alot more than you user to and your walking will start to improve as your arm start to be used as a balanceing just get your muscle loose, by lefting your shoulder higer andhiger dont do it so high that it starts to hurt just a gentle lift and soon your muscle will start to loosen up , all the best to you in your exercize just get streaching ant try to incorporate in your new goals or while watching telivision let me know how you are doing with it and if i have explane it well enough to you
