So sorry it is turning out to be such  problem.  You can only do your best. The rest is up to your employer to honour their promises.

I'm glad you can meet with the counselor and discuss options. I hope you may find something more suitable for your skills. I wonder what is causing your supervisors to do this shuffle? I wonder if your counselor can find out? 

If it helps any, i think you are very lucky to be able to return to work and that in the long run I hope you can find something not so stressful.  I hope this stress doesn't cause any worker's comp things along the way. Then you would be taking more time off at their expense.  I hope the best for you as you sound like a person who is reliable and very competent.

jobs are so important to those who can work.  what I know about whether I liked or didn't like a job was primarily if I liked my boss or not. and about 50% of the time it was good. the other not so good.  good luck on finding both something you can enjoy with also a good boss thrown in.
