I have to go see my psychiatrist today and my daughter is taking me so its a later start than usual but what an amazing beautiful sunrise thinking back to the days when I intentionally ignored the sunrise because I had to get to work I'm so mad at myself for not taking the time to appreciate the beauty of nature just another blessing of life post-stroke
