Steven, I have no pearls of wisdom here just didn't want your blog to not have a comment. Don't want you to feel unloved or unappreciated. We all need to be acknowledged and given notice of existance.

steven, waiting around like you've had to do for assitance is EXTREMELY frustrating I know!!!!! you are SO right about the "pg girl". i don't know if it's worse in ca, but in ALABAMA,there are programs where an unmarried woman with oh, 3-6 children by different fathers can work part time( 20 hrs a week) and have a full government grant to attend college, federal assitance for houseing ( i mean like $225 HOUSE payment for a 3bed/2 bath) FOOD STAMPS AND SPENDING MONEY!!!!!

then people like you and i who have worked all of our lives have NO place in a program for relief!!!!!!i FEEL your pain!!!!
