Hello Strokenet world

Gary here again.

I know "Shock and Awe". I can't believe that my last blog was on August 1st. (almost two and a half months ago eh)

Well this blog thing does not seem to come naturally and I Think that I need some practice as well as some training.

So...to that end I am going to take a blogging rest here and try to develop my blogging skills on an outside blog.

I have started a blog on "Blogger" called "Harmony Lane". (after where I live) Here is a link.

Since some of our stroke buddies have found that the resource links that I post on the message board have been useful I thought that I would use my blog to pass on links and things that may be helpful to others.

The tea pot is always on at Harmony Lane so come on over for a visit.

My plan is to discipline myself to become a regular blogger while at the same time teaching myself as much as I can about the whole subject of blogging.

So to kill two birds with one stone I thought I would include nuggets of gold. (wonderful FREE tools on the internet that should make our computing experience much more productive and a pleasure too)

For example there are presently links to free software and services that will get you a free Word like word processor, a free Excel like Spreadsheet and a free Powerpoint like presentation tool. and links to an awsome commercial printing site where you can pick up 250 business cards for free.

EVERY resource is FREE!
