your adjectives and nouns are no doubt apt for americans - i'm no barrister - bu those of my friends who are are decent honourable a and straight as a die- i cannot speak for yanks who are mostly murdering thieveing lyingcheats- see american history- before you insult my sometime profession and my friends

i mostly said what i said because of the following:

 

1) you were a barrister;

 

2) i have worked with attorneys from 1986 to the present as an independent psychiatrist hired by various Courts to do psychiatric evaluations. as a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, i performed impartial child custody evaluations from 1986-2004 before i decided in 2001 that matrimonial attorneys were too unhinged to work with to come to an agreement as to what is in the subject child(ren)'s best interests. i also do guardianship, refusal of treatment and Kendra's Law evaluations currently and have been doing them for many years. many of the attorneys i have worked with are too ignorant to work in the best interests of their clients. the many judges that i have worked with are by and large both unhinged and ignorant, but they are, after all, attorneys;

 

3) i was married to an attorney from 1989 to 2001(legally separated since 1998, not living together since 1999.) he was extremely bright, unhinged, alcoholic, somewhat sociopathic, and suffered from Asperger's syndrome. i am now married (since 2002) to a longshoreman with a TBI who is sober and is none of these things.

 

if i misjudged you because your profession is associated with sleaze, sneakiness, manipulation, and sociopathy, i stand corrected.
