I can't tell you how many times Slowe and I have made this over the years!

Spinach Dip

1 pkg Mrs. Grass Homestyle Vegetable Dip & Soup Mix (or 1 pkg Knorr's Leek Soup Mix)

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, chopped

3-4 green onions, finely chopped

Cook or thaw frozen spinach.

Rinse, drain, and squeeze out excess liquid.

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Chill 3-4 hours.

Serve with crackers and/or vegetable to dip, or in a hollowed out round loaf of bread (cube up the bread and use as dippers!).
