# 2... where are you? I have other things to do!
Has anyone heard from Steph? She hasn't been on in days. I'm a perpetual worrier since the stroke and, I've tried calling her at home a number of times, and there's no answer.
#2 (my nickname for Steph) if you are on vacation and didn't tell us - I'm driving to Boston to beat the cr@p out of you for worrying me! I have other things to do you know!
Sometimes, people here don't realize how much everything they do impacts on others.
I know, (because a wise woman named Sue pointed it out) that every one in this "virtual world" has lives, real lives... outside the the strokenet "dysFUNctional family", as I like to call it.
But, when you are gone ... you are missed, and people like me worry.
I wonder if you are ok - and where you are.
Maybe we should have a check in sheet? You know, one that says ... "Pam and Bill are on vacation,
Sandy's gone to a seminar until Tuesday, Jean's taken a few days off to dye her hair purple, Sue and Ray have taken a cruise to".... just a thought.
I realize everyone here has a real life, a private life that doesn't include the board or the blogs.
However, I think we all become a part of each other's virtual lives eventually.
I'm as worried about Steph's disappearance, as I would be if I haven't seen my neighbor in 4 or 5 days. I mean honestly, I don't know my next door neighbor that well, but, after Not seeing her for a couple of days... I'd wonder "did she break a hip, is she in the hospital, is someone feeding the cats and watering the plants."
Doesn't anyone else feel this way? Or do I need a real life?
