You don't know me from "adam" yet I hope you don't think me too forward by asking if you have sought any therapy to help you deal with "how you feel'".

You seem to be putting alot on your plate right now with the stroke and assuring everyone else that you are alright.

I know it is easier said than done yet, maybe concentrating on yourself right now is more important than "pleasing everyone else". You have different needs now after the stroke and unless the people around you have past histories with stroke survivors, they don't have a clue and everyone wants everything to be the same as it used to be.

I truly appreciate your feedback. I've been in therapy before for other issues and it's funny how I haven't thought about it for this. I've been concentrating more on my physical recovery than emotional. You turned a lightbulb on for me.
