ARRRGGGHHH!@$#@@!!~ I am so sorry for you both. It is hard enough dealing with all the medical issues resulting from the stroke without having to fight "city hall." By all means call the newspaper and television stations. Let the neighbors be exposed as selfish, self serving jerks!
