Surgery looks to be on Feb. 5th - hopefully only overnight if no bleeding problems or other issues - I'll have my hubby post an update.....

I can't wait! That probably sounds terrible, to want surgery but it will get me off of about 7 - yes, SEVEN medications that I take to get me through the night.......my throat hurts so bad and these antibiotics are doing vile things to my digestive system....then the decongestant makes things too dry, so on comes the humidifier, then congested again - the never-ending circle it seems... I can't wait for a full night's deep sleep though:)

Speaking of sleep - my daughter just came home from her sleepover party (had to have it at a friends because we are in cramped quarters here - and that lovely ex-friend of mine that I've described here before has issued a proclamation that her daughter - who is best friends with my daughter - cannot be in long term contact with me or step foot in my house - still won't tell me what I've done to earn the outcast label(but who care at six months after the fact????)

Anyway - they had a fabulous time - did not sleep (of course!)snacked, watched movies all night, painted each other's toe nails and played this goofy Lifesaver game - teams of two had to take turns being blindfolded while the other sat quietly by waiting for their blindfolded partner to lick the lifesavers and tried to get them to stick to their non-blindfolded partners' faces. It was icky, sticky, but wildly fun!!!! I'll post pictures later - they had a blast!!! I'm so glad too - It was her 13th birthday, so kinda special
