Unfortunately, not everyone is as strong as they should be in the face of adversity. Please don't blame yourself or your disability for this. It's HIS character and stretch that are in question here. You've got a lot to grieve, let the tears flow but keep reminding yourself that you WILL get through this.

I am sorry for your pain and wish I could make it better.

Being the caregiver sometimes is just too much for some individuals no matter how hard they try. It is just so unfair to the survivor to see their world upside down again, and nothing they can do to make it better.
