I feel like I have been transformed from someone who really disliked life post stroke hated the isolation to someone who now sees I it as OK

that's wonderful, pat yourself everytime you can do something new post stroke, I also sometime have incontinency problem, not whole lot, but I sometime use sanitary pad to feel secured, over the time it has become better, but now I go as soo as I have first urge don't wait for the last minute cause I know it takes me time to reach it to bathroom, and handle everything with 1 hand

Dear Susan--You write about hope and courage. I know you didn't write these exact words but the meaning was there. You are a fighter. Good for you. Your small steps are big and you will get there.
