How is the fall foliage up there? Is it past its prime? I hope not. We have a cottage in LaPorte but have to close in October as the pipes freeze. It is beautiful in the mountains up there. I can't wait for Spring. By then, I'm hoping I'll be able to drive up there.

What is shelling? Is it rowing in shells? They still do that on the Schuykill River, don't they?

Fall folliage still good but maybe a little past its prime time. They still row shells on the Schuylkill but my shelling is collecting sea shells on the beach, I collect lots of very small shells and use them to decorate picture frames, and mirrors, etc.
