this might sound strange, but its annoying that i can walk, etc, because that means there is no more pt to get me back to where i was BS. i know i shouldn't complain, but it's almost like as soon as you can walk and take care of yourself, they don't seem to care about getting you back to "normal" just my bitter self and annoyance w/ drs

 

Anyhow, thanks to friends and family, i have a personal trainer who is working w/ me to get my strength back to my left side. I didn't realize how weak it really was until i hopped on a stationary bike and tried to peddal w/ only my left leg...I had to shift to the easiest gear! what a struggle! so I would do left leg for 1 min, right leg for 1 min, then both legs for 1 min..did this for an hour. I hate working out on a stationary bike..it was all i coud do to do an hour! and i was so surprised at how hard it was!!!
