New AFO

i have just got home from seeing the orthotic specialist who made me a new AFO and it feels strange but time will tell. i have been using an off the shelf type but it was a bit short according to the doc. so i will have to start learning all over again as it will give me better support.

not much else is happening my daughter got home yesterday from working in summer camp in Michigan then a 3 week tour around the the northern half of the states.

hey Ken:

 

I am sure you will get used to new AFO in time and will do great in walking. BTW keep at trademill therapy. I found it made huge difference in my walking. I am able to walk faster now.

Ken,

 

I'm sure you grow accustomed to your AFO very soon. I just received a new one myself last month. My new one has hinges in it for added flexibility in walking.

 

Glad your daughter is home from her U.S. trip; I'm sure she'll have many many stories to tell.
