I couldn't sleep last night because I was so worried about my botox shot appointment. My ham string is very tight and the botox is supposed to loosen it. Before I had my botox I had to tell the doctor my

concerns. He was going to give me alot of shots. Because of my apprehension we had just a few shots and a low dose. it was not that bad.

Now I am supposed to have PT again.

My leg was able to lie flat on the bed again. We have had to put a pillow under the knee for awhile because it would not straighten up.

I am writing in the blog under William Harris, my husband, because ,my normal blog site is not working. Ruthpill
