Pam's peonies

My sister Pam (pamtoo on SrokeNet) was very proud of her peonies every spring. I dug up a clump of them last summer before her place was sold, and waited anxiously to see how they would survive the winter. Last week, after being budded for what seemed like a LONG time, they burst into bloom. Pam would be very pleased, I'm sure, and it's another way to keep her spirit alive.
