Back on the "Doctor-go-round"

Or, be careful what you wish for...I've had strange symptoms that kinda matched stroke but not quite. So when I complained the doctors gave me that blank stare (I swear they all take a course on "the stare" in med school) and would change the subject. I kept saying I just wished someone would listen. Finally, this last hospitalization they did, and really...they can stop now! Every day a new specialist came to my room, introduced themselves and gave me a new diagnosis! Over-achievers...sheesh!

Monday (tomorrow) I go to my cardiologist for my first appointment since the bypass, and then Tuesday to the Cardio-surgeon, and that starts the beginning of the doctor-go-round again. I haven't had so many appointments since immediately post-stroke. My head is swimming and I just can't keep it all straight. Cardiologist, pulmonologist, neurologist, Rhuematologist..you get the gist. Here! take one of mine! Truthfully I'm glad to know whats going on, but the specialists are all located in a city 45 mins from me... and I'm convinced that while I was having surgery someone tore all the roads up and made them as bumpy as possible! It seems that way, huh?

Well, the good news is maybe I can start getting better now
