My DH's almost entire immediate family has moved to PHX except us, now our kids have only my parents for family which is a real bummer. But given what I see when out there, I'm not motivated to move right now. I think those Midwestern values and sensibilities got burned up in the sun..

If ya want to move to FL and can afford it, just don't move too close, with my fam, I've noticed 20-30 minutes away seems to work with all of them!

With this last warm spell we had, I'd never last out there(PHX) again when it would hit 118 in August. Tho I curse a bit between Nov and March- there are no weeds at that time of year. what can I say, I get a thrill out of the little things!
