Yesterday, in one of my dumber moments, I went to a meeting of the Noetic Society ("At the forefront of research and education in consciousness and human potential", co-founded by Astrnaut Edgar Mitchell) Now, I don't even understand that but, it was their last meeting for the summer and they were having a movie "What the bleep do we know" A website was even included with in invitation and it showed the Ellen Generus show where she was speaking about it. I believe she said "Oh wow" So - that made it interesting. To begin with the auditorium was very cold (to me) and I hurt so from a busy 2 days working in Home Depot and Lowe's (Those stores are huge!) and couldn't sit still, and I had enjoyed the pajama party and didn't get much sleep after (my 4 legged alarm clock woke me the same time as usual) and I had to do some work I missed Fri. and get copies of sheets that somehow disappeared between the store and car and car and house, so--------I was tired and should have gone home to bed. The movie is about quantam physics which I think even my brain pre-stroke wouldn't have understood. So I suffered through, figetting and sleeping some and freezing. The speaker in the movie said "you should plan each day but then things will happen -------and then I got lost. Something from your brain changes them so it's really you that does it???????????? After was a discussion period, and one of the first things a woman said was it's like the saying and she went on with a flowery statement which was really what I had heard my whole life from my mother. "People plan and God laughs" which is a translation from German I believe. So true. Can any one of us say we planned the stroke we would have "that" day? Can any of the C/Gs say that they planned that their loved one would stroke "that" day? Why can't these brainy people into quantum physics just say that and leave it at that. This I not only understand but entirely believe.

Sorry, if you are still here, I ran on. Maybe someone can explain quantum physics to me. (Do I really need to know?)
