As a former Administrator I really see the pitfalls in some of these decisions being made I wondered how much the nursing staff was aware of the new rules that went into play today I went up to the rehab unit at 1130 this morning and talk to one of the nurses and told her the new rules and she was going to check with the patients and see if they were interested in talking to me.

said I'll be back at one o'clock she said I'll be here when I got back here at 1 o'clock she was nowhere to be found I was talking to one of the other nurses and she said "I'm sure it's not a problem if you go and check and see if they want to talk" and I informed her that that was not an option per the director of rehabilitation that I met with on Friday I went up to the a we have unit 1130 this morning and talk to 1 of the nurses told her the new rules and she was going to check with the patience and see if they were interested and I said I'll be back at 1 o'clock she said I'll be here when I get back there 1 o'clock she was nowhere to be found was talking to 1 of the other nurses and she said " I'm sure it's not a problem if you going to check if you wanna talk"I informed heard that was not an option protractor realty shin that I met wwell

I finally had to leave to catch my bus

As with every job there are politics and egos, my disadvantage is I don't know the players that well
