Restless night nervous

Nervous about my neuro psych exam I know there's nothing to be nervous about or worried about,

I am reminded of a comment made by my High School instructor for stagecraft and acting class defined fear as a biological process that everyone goes through when the event they are about to participate in is important to them.

So the definition fits perfectly with my nervousness about my neuropsych evaluation.

I guess the thing that makes me most nervous is the fact that it is seven and a half hours long,

Be well my friends to quote mr. Spock live long and prosper.

You knew I had to get one smart comment in there. Lol I use humor to get through the. Day.

No reason to be nervous. I am who I am I did make them laugh, if course.

Just so happy its overand finally home.

While in Detroit we went to a great muddle eastern restaurant. That made the day worthwhile

Now it's the waiting game 2to3 weeks before report is complete and then sent to ssdd.

I also asked that a copy be sent to my speech pathologist. If needed I'll go back for more therapy.

As grueling as today was mentally emotionally and physically. I count my blessings that I'm here to endure it.

I'm so lucky. Lol
