As I've said, Sundays can be challenging. Not yesterday, my sister in law just bought a house, she asked if I would help her on Sunday there was a closet she needed torn out, destruction I'm your man. It was great to release some frustrations and help someone at the same time, she appreciated the help and I loved beating up on that old closet, a win win

I highly recommend this activity within safety parameters, any physical activity even walking can help reduce stress.
