While walking to get the morning paper I passed a clump of trees and heard a bird singing like I haven't heard in years, I recalled the method taught to call to a bobwhite, I learned that as a Boy Scout many many years ago. So I called to the bird and got a response. I only hope I said I love your song, have a great day! I don't think I'll ever know for sure.

So my question is " can you talk to the animals if you don't know what you're saying?

Is communication an equal part of mental thought and tone as words?or song?
