My brother was supposed to come over for Christmas his wife is out of the country visiting her family he is diabetic and has a dietary restriction of no knots so my peanut brittle is out of the question so I decided to make and I decided to leave out the nuts I also decided to make banana muffins without the nuts actually I made a dozen banana muffins without nuts and a dozen Banana Nut muffins with a record high temperatures I started thinking summer food so I thought about a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw unfortunately my brother has encountered vehicle problems and is unable to make the trip in the past when I was able to drive but as result of the stroke and my visual impairment little disappointed but I'm sure there's a good reason for it just like there's a good reason for all of us to be stroke survivors we just need to figure out what that good reason is so I intend to stay positive I will get to spend the night with my daughter and 4 year old grandson then I'll be able to go to my other daughters house with the 8 year old and the 18 month old that will be a lot of fun.
