Well I did it!!!

Today I did something I never thought I would do. I started the process of turning in my employer in for violating my rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What my employer did went way beyond the bounds of stupid. In my opinion (I am not a lawyer however, so don't quote me.) this was almost criminal.

Let me give you a little background first. I had gotten my neurologist to sign off on the paperwork for a temporary Handicapped Parking Placard because I was having difficulty with walking from where the employee parking was.

Last Thursday, I had parked in the area set aside for Handicapped Parking as usual. At approximately, a former supervisor comes up to me and asks me asked me if I had a Doctor

I AM SO GLAD YOU HAD THE COURAGE TO FILE A COMPLAINT. I HOPE THEY GET WHAT THEY DESERVE AND THEN SOME MORE ON TOP OF IT. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kim,

Think how I feel.

This person who is supposed to know better is showing his ignorance. But the better part is he has exposed my employer to all kinds of trouble.

My former supervisor changed when he became a supervisor and it wasn't for the better. It was like they did a lobotomy and sucked out what intelligence he had.

But I am digressing I guess. biggrin2.gif
