Hello All:

Today was our local American Heart Association's Heart Walk. There were approximately 1500 walkers present.

My team, 'Dennis Jeffries' Stomp Out Stroke ... for Life' had 12 members. As a team, we 'raised' $3,102, and I personally 'raised' $1,565. Also, there was a T-Shirt Design Contest. 15 teams entered their design, with a representative from each team, modeling their team T-Shirt on stage. I am really happy to say that my design won 1st place. I will get a 'traveling trophy' at the Awards Party on November 1, 2005.

Yes, I am tired. Yes I had fun. And yes, the 'pain and aches' were well worth it. And, on June 1, 2006, I'll be ready to 'go at it again'.
