Hi All

Well it is almost midnight on the 3rd of February, 2005. I am sitting here at my computer and I am trying to do something that I have never done before. "Bloging".

Well this is a totaly new experience but hay what is life about if it never had a new experince. "youknow"

First tooth, first words, first steps, first day at school, first love, first car. first time, first job, etc etc etc.

Well first blog.

Ok went to help and found out how to set up the blog feature. Then I went to my controls and set it up. Next back to the Blog button to try adding my first blog.

Wow Steve either you designed this well or my brain fog is clearing. "big cheer"

Why am I doing a blog? ...well because it is there eh and since I am off to Vancouver next week I thought if I could get access to a computer from time to time I might be able to give you all up dates as to how the trip is going. "cool eh"

Sooo I thought it might be easier to climb the Blog Mountain than to climb maybe Grouss mountain or Whistler. (Hay no kidding I have stood on the top of Whistler Mountain).

So that is mission accomplished tonight to get my blog started.

btw it was overcast here on the Island today, light wind and a temp of about 32F.

I had a so so day as I am trying to work through my check list (pre flight). My energy has been zapped by a flue bug thad caught up with me last Sunday.

So after six hours of sorting and throwing out, washing dishes ,doing laundry and gereral cleanup I flaked out for four hours. (definetly flaked).

Talked to Mom (Jean), Kath, Laura, Asha and Becky on chat and came here to start the blog "thingy" (American word or so I am told like soda eh)

Hopefully I will type more another day.
