Easy Recipe - Watergate Salad

I made the following recipe for a Christmas Party at my wife's place of employment. They really enjoyed it.

Watergate Salad

1 pkg. (4-serving size) Pistachio Flavor Instant pudding mix

1 can (20-oz) Crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

1 cup Miniature marshmallows

1/2 cup Chopped pecans

1 1/2 cups (1/2 of 8-oz tub) Thawed whipped topping

Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in large bowl until well blended. Gently fold in whipped topping; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Makes 8 servings, about 1/2 cup each.

NOTE: You could add 1/2 cup of drained, maraschino cherries, cut in half, to the recipe, to give it a festive color. ENJOY.

You don't suppose one could come down with watergate systoms do you, like not being able to get an office door locked or unlocked?? Even break into the bosses office, not knowing why. A little humor here. blahblah1.gif

in between the word 'cover' and the word 'Refrigerate" Denny left out a line: 'Stand silently for 17 minutes until tape erases.'
