Why Me?

We were talking this morning about the question; why me? If you were walking along the street and found a bag full of money, would you ask the question; why me? If you end up with a puppy that grows up into a terrible bird dog, do you ask the question; why me? We all have good fortune and bad fortune - the answer to both is the same. We just don't question the good fortune we have.

I couldn't agree with you more. I love your bag of money example.

Last summer I also wrote a blog along the same lines. One of my points was: Why me? Why was I born in an affluence country instead of third world country where poverty is the norm instead of the exception.

hey:

I thought the blog will be depressing but turned out to be quite encouraging, yes I agree with all your examples and in 2004 when I went to India(I m from India), and saw so much difference btween rich and poor, as if poor people had no right of living, and only rich people can live normal life, all my troubles seemed so small that time

A dose of something like that truely puts things into prospective, huh?
