I hope you'll let Steve know what you are experting with the shout box. I myself am experiencing unbelievely slow down loads since the shout box was added, and I have reported it, but one complaint in the dark doesn't do much. You and I don't have the same server and I agree that isn't the answer. I was hoping there was a way for individuals to turn the shout box off. Maybe if there are enough of us who are experiencing trouble with the shout box something could be worked out.

Phyllis, Trevor is a member of strokenet, he is a computer programmer or something, he has posted that he would be glad to help people here with computer problems, he may have a solution for you. He has helped me several times.. again his name is Trevor, you could Pm him or e mail him.

Try logging into the site with a different browser. For example if you normally use internet explorer, try going in with netscape (or for mac users try netscape if you normally use safari).... just a thought. This sometimes helps me - there are certain sites that I've noticed sometimes don't like it when I go in with netscape.

Yes, Phyllis, do keep on trying. I look forward to your blogs and postings. My favourite is still the one about having to go out to eat and getting paid for it. Well I am glad you got on, as others mentioned coming in thru another borwser.. Do you have MSN it is free to download. dell has a home page called MY Way .. I also use favorites.. i like one clicl also and I dont have to to remember web site addresses or search through lists doing search.
