It's going to be a short entry today.
Well I just spent two hours at rehab and I'm wiped out. I wasn't going to go today, just didn't feel great but forced myself to go. I needed to get a good workout., and I got it
Some balance exercises, weights, walking in the bars, then side stepover exercises, backward walking, the KAT, arm exercises, more weights, treadmill 1 km., more arm exercises, legover back lifts, leglifts from floor, and to top it all off the wobble board. God just typing that out made me tired
I've had enough for one day, dinner out (probably Applebees), "A" beer , and a good nights sleep is the only thing in my plans for tonight.
