Rehab, I'm beat :)

It's going to be a short entry today.

 

Well I just spent two hours at rehab and I'm wiped out. I wasn't going to go today, just didn't feel great but forced myself to go. I needed to get a good workout., and I got it :)

 

Some balance exercises, weights, walking in the bars, then side stepover exercises, backward walking, the KAT, arm exercises, more weights, treadmill 1 km., more arm exercises, legover back lifts, leglifts from floor, and to top it all off the wobble board. God just typing that out made me tired :)

 

I've had enough for one day, dinner out (probably Applebees), "A" beer , and a good nights sleep is the only thing in my plans for tonight.
