When I had my stroke, I had been with my boyfriend for only a month and has been there for me for the last 4 years. On October 2nd, it will be my 5th anniversay for that day.

On the day every year, I do something just for me, just to remind me of how far I have come. This year, I want to do something for my boyfriend that will show how much he has supported me.

Any ideas?
