Yes! This week is over and it was a busy week for me but I didn't face the challenge you did! I am glad you had a good day yesterday. Those will probably be a bit more frequent as time goes by.

You mentioned loving the hot weather. I am sure you remember how your Dad was for years. I don't think it could get too hot for him. He never even complained about the humidity that I recall. I am the opposite...the heat gets to me faster than the cold does! Unless it is really cold and I am without heat, like this winter during the ice storm.

Good news about the hand too! That will continue to improve, no doubt, and you won't have to use your abdominal muscles to do it!

It is raining here today...so out door activities is not going to happen around here. I hope you do get to go on your bike ride.
